These important truths are ones I keep seeing and feeling, and your way of sharing them really hits in the right way. Thank you Frederick <3

PS Give sweet, beloved Stokley some pats from me and my devoted to ball dog Roxie would ya?

Staying in bed a little longer and reading this first thing in the morning was the best way to have started the day.☺️🥹

What a perfectly beautiful response. And a gentle reminder to stop, throw the ball! Race around the yard, let my furry friend set the agenda! As a writer, it's so hard sometimes because I struggle with just the right words, the right conditions to bring forth those words and I get internally frantic sometimes if I'm interrupted. What if those words evaporate? And yes, using the word Beloved as you do brings all of us into your world, your poetry as though we are the one you are writing to. Keep going!

Thank you. Just what I needed to read this morning. We’re at the ocean this week. And it’s good. Preordering your poetry book, and recommending it to my poetry bookclub.
